WAN LAGG

Can anyone poke holes in this design?

The design is intentionally avoiding additionally muxing and optical gear as the dark fiber is not ours. We are assigned wide-width 1310nm on our partner’s mux.

Sites: A, B, H

Under normal conditions sites A<—>B carry 22Gbps better each other.

Site H has a single optical path to both A & B but does not have an optical path through A to B nor vice versa.

Sites A & B have two physically diverse 40 Gbps paths: East (10Km) & West(20Km)

Proposal: LAGG AB-East and AB-West together. This should provide protection of a link failure between A and B. This should also provide plenty of capacity if A-H fails or B-H fails.

Specificity, I’m curious if anyone sees an issue LAGGing a 20Km path with a 35Km path.
