QoS for traffic coming from Public Cloud

I work for a VSAT service provider and we provide voice and data services for customers over satellite links. VSAT bandwidth is very expensive and customers networks are always congested therefore we use QoS to prioritize the important traffic over the general internet. As customers move more of their servers to public clouds like AWS and Asure we are losing the ability to provide end to end QoS for critical traffic. I am looking for an appliance that I can place at our internet gateway to inspect the traffic via application layer and then mark the packets with the configured DSCP value so they can traverse the VSAT network in the correct QoS buckets. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can start looking?
