Is PFRv3 supported without an overlay (DMVPN)?

Hi everyone,

I'm interested in setting up PFRv3 between IOS-XE routers which are connected via GRE tunnels. This includes smart-probes, load balancing and so on.

Is it possible to set this up without an overlay?
