Separate home and work network with ASA 5505

Currently I am in college and doing an internship. I will be setting up new computers for them from home and I need to be able to access my works servers from home. They sent me an ASA to hookup and I can now only use one of the computers here (my work laptop) to connect to their servers. I do get internet on everything else connected to the ASA but not their servers. But I will call them later to hopefully fix that.

My main dilemma is I have gigabit internet but now all my traffic goes through the ASA so I can only get what the ASA is capable of. It has turned our once amazing wifi into a train wreck that is only 2mbps. Not to mention my significantly slower ethernet. Is there a way I can have the ASA setup and still get my gigabit internet?
