In the corporate world, it seems like some people badmouth others, do some backstabbing to further their careers...How do you deal with that in the IT world?
EDIT: For instance, I've heard stories like a Person standing up, walking up to the manager and badmouthing a network engineer in a TSHOOT saying that the engineer messed up a configuration and that's why he was in TSHOOT. The truth was that the client agreed to go things faster and a TSHOOT session might be necessary. The badmouthing person was also aware of that.
EDIT2: I've seen projects where the managers kept pretty girls (with less knowledge than a CCNA) in a team and removed CCNP engineers.
