I’m trying to get my companies security team to let Cisco PacketTracer on our network, is there anything you all can offer as a pro or con to the situation?

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice for or against the idea? I also wanted to get PTbridge instated also, and since it’s an open source java scriptlet, we can modify it to our hearts security standards. Any advice?
