While I have done IP Allocations before the pool was out, as well as done transfers/purchases - I am curious if anyone has gotten IPv4 Addressing under this policy.
I am currently working with a Customer and helping them get IPv6 addresses for a new BGP turn-up, and before I go to the market to purchase IPv4, I figure that this is exactly the right use case in order to maintain a dual-stack.
