So I came across a network today that is using the 29.0.0.0/8 IPs in their network, which happens to be assigned to the DoD. I'm assuming they are NATing to their own public IP space, or else connectivity probably wouldn't work over the internet. If the DoD found out they were using their IP space, is there any repercussions? I'm guessing since it isn't interfering with DoD's network traffic it doesn't really matter.
