Is there a way, either native or pythonic, to have Iperf stop and give metrics after a certain download amount?
I've been tasked with preping for a large company wide download of a cloud app and we want to get an idea of what it looks like when about 50 users download the app at the same time. I could run
iperf -c <ip> -P <num of users>
But that'll just run and give basic metrics and sure I can do -t
but I don't see a flag for stopping after a certain amount as been downloaded.
Maybe there is another application that is better suited for this? I could just read out the Interval times to gives me approximates but I figured I would ask.
Caching? Yea yea... I know but it's not an option here.
