Error Disabled Ports via SNMP on Cisco Nexus

Hey, maybe anybody here can help me out on this one.

I am polling the ErrDisabled Ports every few minutes on my Cisco Switches.

However, on one Nexus 5k, my System missed one port being ErrDisabled for days.. Saw it in the Syslog afterwards.

So I checked. The MIB for ErrDisabled Ports (OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.548) is constantly existing on the Cisco Catalyst Switches, even if there aren't and have never been any ErrDisabled Ports.

However, on the Nexus Switches (all 5ks), the MIB ( 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.548.1 ) is not existing.

Anybody can confirm for sure that this MIB is only existing on N5ks if there are Ports currently in ErrDisabled Status?
