I was using centos 7.4 and everything was working fine. Then I updated to latest fedora server (minimal), and now ipoib does not work. The IP address is a static address. I cannot ping the remote server (it is a direct connect link). "ibhosts" correctly shows the remote side GUID, so Infiniband side of things is working fine, however the ping fails. What could be wrong with the IP layer?
Note, that things were working fine with Centos.
