Small ISP looking for Router Suggestions.

Hey network nuts.

We're a small ISP in New Zealand and looking at hardware options for our residential customers. We currently deal with Business connections and managed Mikrotik Routers but will be opening up to the residential space. To do this we'd like to supply a good router that doesn't cost the earth but provides some management control from us (yes, we wan't to access our provided router, why? because firmware upgrades and fixing holes.) No logging, just updates.

Currently we're down to..

DSL/VDSL

Netgear D6220

D-Link DSL-3785

Archer VR300

WAN/Fibre

Cambium R201P

Ideally we want a router that'll do Fibre as well as Copper and provides some form of provisioning TR-069 or central management. Again, our managed networks are Mikrotik with a VDSL SFP cage or UFB (NZ Fibre) Gigabit Ethernet.

I'd love to hear any suggestions / experiences from any ISP's or network nuts.

Wish list:

  1. Central Management Tool
  2. TR-069
  3. WAN (Fibre and VDSL/ADSL) if possible
  4. VLAN capable
  5. VAP Capable
  6. Sub $150 NZD ($100 USD's)
  7. ATA Free Switch capable a plus.
  8. Reasonable interface and firewall
  9. User access / admin access
  10. Would consider flashing the firmware to OpenWRT or some such, but would also prefer not to.

Anyways, thought I'd reach out here as we're making our short list for testing and there maybe a super special happy fun time router we missed..

Thanks heaps and looking forward to any suggestions!
