Palo Alto Sales (Sales in General)

How do I mark this as a rant and a question?

I don't know why but it seems like sales in general never seem to respond to my emails. I am currently emailing and signing up to all of the Palo Alto sales forms because I want some more information on their products. But no one seems to respond.

I tried to buy some wireless equipment just before the Christmas break. Two vendors gave me quotes out of the many I emailed. The others said, quotes coming soon. Then just ghosted me. I ended up purchasing it and now am ready to purchase more.

This is a regular occurrence for now when dealing with any kind of sales in IT. Other than Solarwinds. I was trying to find a new ISP for multiple offices 6 months and I reached out to probably 10 of them. 5 of them still haven't respond, despite repeatedly being told I would receive calls/emails back. 1 of them responded within a week, then took 4 months to get me a quote and wondered why I'd already selected a connection and got it installed in the time it took them to quote. Another 1 was a large ISP who also scoffed at the small account of only approximately $10,000 per month. Of the remaining 3, 2 were small ISPs (of which, one we selected) and the final one was a large ISP that was just too expensive. Seriously though, I was ready to sign up if only people responded to emails.

I'm now in the market for some new network hardware vendors in Australia. So feel free to message me, if you can actually respond to emails within lets say, a month?
