We have some Cisco 3850s with this 5 year warranty (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/warranties/warranty-doc-c99-740615.html) on it.
As far as I can tell it gives you TAC support for 90 days from date of purchase and hardware replacement support for 90 days of purchase, or do I get 5 years of RMA support?
I feel like for the price of the switch that comes with a 5 year replacement service is too good to be true.
We purchase our switches from a distributor and then essentially mark them up and sell them again to the customer, would that make us a reseller?
