I made the mistake of letting my friend help me pull fiber. He ended up cutting the ends off and I prefer not to attempt to terminate it on my own. The cable was given to me by Verizon and it's so hard to get anyone on that phone that can help that I plan to just replace it. I understand the connectors are SC and that this is SMF. Do the numbers and letters on the jacket have any additional importance?
