Sophos UTM - Management Interface can only SSH/Telnet to the directly connected device (Switch 1) from internal network. Able to SSH/Telnet to other Cisco switches directly from Switch 1 but not from Internal network?

Hi guys, tried to make my title as informative as possible. I've checked over SSH/Telnet rules from the internal network to management, this all seems fine but I'm not able to connect to any devices behind Switch 1.

The setup is the following:

UTM > Switch 1 (Access port, VLAN 50) > Trunks to various other switches which include VLAN 50.

Am I missing something obvious here? I can't quite figure this one out.
