Getting a bigger public IP block

Hello,

My boss has asked me if we have another public facing IP address we can use for some equipment that needs to be configured. We currently don't and he asked if I can get more public IP addresses. We have fiber internet with AT&T and only have a /29 block. I've known working with AT&T to be a PIMA and would like not to spend 3 hours on old trying to find the right person to talk to. So would anyone here be able to tell me the fastest way to talk to a live person about getting a /28 or even a /27 block of addresses? Thanks!
