At my work we recently had a lightning strike that hit our ISPs Antenna, ruining the antenna, a POE brick, and we believe a Barracuda Web Security Gateway. In the process of trying to recover from lost hardware, we are experiencing issues with our network in Various different ways. Right now the biggest of these issues is I am unable to access our Cloud Key via Web Browser. We need it to work on diagnosing our other switches and parts of our network.
Whenever I enter the ip (192.168.111.76) into any browser, it brings up a 'Unable to reach the page' screen. I can ping the device and it replies correctly. Anyone know what may be wrong and how I can fix it? We have moved the location it has been plugged into 3 different times with no luck. The lights are all correct, and our ISP (who also helps manage our devices) can log into it through the online cloud service.

Any thoughts? Sorry that probably makes no sense.
