Random massive VoIP drops. Need troubleshooting help.

I have 2 floors(right side Floor2 and Floor3 in Diagram) that are dedicated to VoIP call center which drops call at random times. (https://imgur.com/a/s9FdB) They connect to main floor for AD, File server access through point-to-point link on riser. Everything else including internet/voip traffic goes out to ISP2 on the right side firewall.

At random times, entire call center loses the connection to the external VoIP provider when their internet or connection to internal servers are working fine. Upon restarting their VoIP agent, they get reconnected. Sometimes it's half of the floor, other times it's both floors that drop only VoIP connection. Tried calling ISP and VoIP provider multiple times, but they say everything looks ok on their ends. There is no QoS anywhere but none of the ports are maxed, either. If anything, I believe UDP traffic takes priority over TCP traffic.

Anyways, I tried checking Firewall and switch logs for CPU/memory/connection-drops, link bandwidth and internet connectivity but nothing looks out of ordinary. Now I'm really lost what's causing this issue, how to prevent it or how to troubleshoot. Can anyone help me with troubleshooting tips or what could possibly cause this issue?

My network uses mainly 2960x stack switches and asa5516x with firepower. Thanks in advance
