Soooooo, I followed SonicWall's recommendation with upgrading the firmware from 6.4.5.7-83n to 6.5.48-89n because we've been having major issues within the last 3 weeks with the firewall's firmware deleting itself out of the appliance which causes me to load firmware back into the appliance, HA sync is weird and somehow fails although the configuration is correct and the cables are fine. This causes my guys to physically power off one unit so that the secondary unit can take over. The appliances aren't stable for VPN users. Talking to SonicWall has become a pain and I don't want to lose my professionality when it comes to them but I'm not convinced AT ALL that they know what their talking about. Supposedly, upgrading the firmware should've fixed this but it didn't. Does anyone out there know of ANYTHING else I can try before I lose my mind on these appliances and SonicWall??
