New to automation and I need some guidance on how to modify this script to apply it to my network

I have to push a configuration change to every switch at job and I found a script that almost does what I want it to. It will push config changes to interfaces in a certain vlan, whereas I want to push a change to every access port in every vlan except a certain vlan. I don't know python well enough to modify the code to achieve what I want. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
