I need to install around 4 APs, that operate in the 5GHz band, for a large office space. What is the throughput of a 20/40MHz channel width? It must support around 15 people per AP. The AP also has 4x4 spatial streams. Also, what is a rough estimate on the max distance of transmission using 20 or 40MHz?
And why is it so difficult to get a definite answer on throughput?
