Does anyone use 40GBASE-T (CAT8 up until 30m) in the datacenter? I've been looking for switches with RJ-45 of those speeds seems they don't exist. Also QSFP+ doesn't seem to have a media convertor to RJ-45. It seem this standard has been developed and approved but no vendor has adopted this yet. I know a lot can be solved with DAC-cables but that only gets you to 7-10m.
