According to PeeringDB, my ISP has an ASN at a data center that also hosts the local IXP.
Would it be fair to assume that moving physically closer to this data center would improve latency times from my ISP? Why or why not?
If not, could latency be improved by getting closer to the "city box" that connects to the neighborhood boxes that distribute service to customers? How do I find this location?
