Vlan Configuration Possibility? - Confusion Intensified

I have the following

-Avaya IPO control unit

-Avaya 1608 phones

-Servers for Avaya reports and records

-PCs connected to the Avaya phones as a Pass-through

-Cisco 3750G-24PS-S PoE Switch

How do I seperate Avaya system, phones and the servers VLAN correctly from the desktops that are connected through avaya phones pass-through lan port?

What VLAN should I set on the phones to accept both voice and data from a different vlan through the same port? (Yes 2 VLANs through one port)

Should voice and data vlans be different? They can't be the same one? And if separate, how do you configure that on the switch?

If I'm using just the voice VLAN on phones, then what about avaya system? (Avaya comes with 2 ports on the back, should one go to voice vlan and the second to a separate vlan including the server? Did i get that right?)

There's a setting on the phones called 802.1Q.... It has auto, on and off... No clue what it does, but i think it should be ON?

Help ;( very sad

Any kind of info provided, no matter how short, is appreciated!
