Masters vs CCNP. Help me decide on the better choice!

I have a Bachelor's degree and CCNA certified and have been working as a NOC engineer for 1.5 years for the 7-Eleven stores across US. The work at the NOC is not always so enjoyable as can be sometimes flooded with calls so I decided to get out of it and am stuck with 2 options, whether to pursue Masters or go with the Certification track and get my CCNP and then change jobs. I am more inclined towards doing Masters and have shortlisted a few programs. Can anyone guide me on the likely job opportunities I would get after doing masters from these Universities.
