Need help in mapping IPs to domain and range.

Hello folks,

I am stuck on a question and I am a newbie in this field.

Given an IP address, I need to find the range the IP is part of, domain( Cloudflare, AWS, Gcloud, Azure, Tor, etc.), and date on which the list(file) was last updated.
Input -> IP Address
Output -> IP Address | Datetime | IP range

Any help on how to achieve this would be appreciated. Let me know If you have any questions. Thanks!
