I have a weird experience on my setup result.
I created layer 2 communication between my 2 switches
SG-500 using MGBSX1 SFP - 1GB
9300 Catalyst using GLC-SX-MMD - 1GB
I put 192.168.100.1 on my SG500 and 192.168.100.2 on my 9300.
I created trunk on both links since there are many vlans running.
However when i ping it, there is no communication, but when i tried to use copper ports as there main line in between the ping result is good. Im wondering why this happen if SFP/fiber is using.I tried changing cables and sfps but still have problem.
