C9400 dual SUP, Changing the boot license level

Hello guys,

I need help regarding license level change.

Basically I need to change the license level from network-advantage to network-essentials with no downtime. Would it be possible to do this with dual SUP environment?

Can I
1. force switchover the active SUP
2. Do the same for the slave SUP
to change the license level?

or do I have to do the complete chassis reload?
