Replacing roughly 30 access switches

Howdy group!

We are working on a refresh this year for roughly 30 access layer switches at both our main office and a manufacturing plant. Most devices that will be living on these switches are PC's, IP Phones, printers, some surveillance gear and some HVAC devices. We were quoted for the switches, and for those not familiar here is the Datasheet, we are rolling with the Cisco 9200L 48p 's

These are replacing a grab bag of 2960x and 3650 EOL switches. Anyone have any thoughts on the investment? This is my first larger switch refresh, we got quotes from Dell but I have read not-so-good reviews on Dell switches, I heard from MGMT that Aruba switches were out of the picture. Any input on this topic would be appreciated, thank you!
