I have two different IP address ranges. One range any of the IPs have a high load time (particularly the TTFB value takes ~10-15 seconds) on several websites, but on the other the TTFB for the same site only takes about 0.3 seconds.
Everything else is the same on the two ranges. The DNS, local addressing settings, on the Internet router they are fed from the same router.
The traceroutes don't show any differences on them, they are both going through the same upstream provider. There is something odd about that specific range that is causing issues.
I have tried this website here to get an average load-time for the sites: the 0.3 seconds is normal, but the 10-15 is way over. https://performance.sucuri.net
