Hello,
I ordered some CAT6A cable in preflex tubes recently. The type specified on the site was: F/UTP CAT6A. The cable arrived and we started placing this. After about 200m of cable someone checks the print on the cable and sees the following print: "AWG23 F/UTP 6 250Mhz - 100Ohm"
Usually we use patchcables of CAT6A type which are S/FTP but checking online u/UTP of F/UTP is also possible. Only the main line between all those cables normally is 500Mhz. Checking the online specs I see that CAT6A is up to 500Mhz and CAT6 is up to 250Mhz.
We paid a lot more for the CAT6A spec as we would like to be able to upgrade the network in the future with 90m 10Gbps speeds.
Did I receive the incorrect cable or is this just a minimum CAT6A spec cable.
