I inherited a firewall that has some odd policies. One of the policies that was set up a while ago blocks the IP 94.31.29.99, which belongs to a content delivery site. This is affecting our users ability to access a certain website.
I have researched our documentation, and can't find an explanation for why this IP was blocked. Our Web Filter has no issues with it, and as far as I have researched I can't find any negative remarks.
Could someone help me by guiding me to the proper resources that will help me to determine if this is an IP that has been reported on some list somewhere. I need a somewhat authoritative source that will let me know if this is a good IP before I bring it up to my manager.
