NXAPI not working on Nexus 7706 switches

I have several Cisco Nexus 7706 switches in two different datacenters that are having some issues with the NXAPI Feature. These switches are in a VDC configuration, if that matters at all.

The configuration for the NXAPI on all devices are as follows:

feature nxapi

no nxapi http

nxapi https port 443

nxapi sandbox

I am seeing one of two issues on these switches:

1) HTTPs Sandbox can't be reached at all, or;

2) Authentication fails when I attempt to login to the Sandbox.

All devices use TACACS+ for AAA, and I've verified connectivity to the TACACS+ servers because I can SSH to these switches no problem. I've tried using both the local username/secret and my domain account to authenticate to Sandbox, both of which fail.

Googling this issue doesn't bring up any results, and I figured I'd see if anyone else has ideas before opening a TAC case. Thanks in advance.
