Hi everybody, here is my question: a friend of mine had ftth installed in her home and when the technician finished the job he left in her house approximately 50 meters (roughly 165 ft) of single mode drop fiber cable, God knows why. The thing is she has no use for it and I was wondering if I find someone that can terminate the cable, is it possible to use it as a normal backbone cable? I couldn't find much info on drop cables so I need your help. the cable has the following markings: fttmas drop cable sm g657a1 1f 2017 1234 0041m
