I need to decommission a Shoretel server. It is running on Windows 2008 R2 and says it is running Shoretel "Director Small Business Edition 100". I need to make sure there is no data of our left on it so we can potentially resell it. I suppose I could simply format it since it is running Windows 2008 R2 but I was wondering if it had some manner of factory reset that I am not familiar with.
