console box

I'm looking for a console box. I have a few remote offices where I have a handful of devices where I'd like the ability to have console access, if needed. In addition to SSH, and I'd like to have the ability to console, remotely, just in case...One example are older UPS devices, sometimes the web GUI is stuck/confused and won't let a user log in due to an active connection when in fact the user isn't active. Session gets hung/stuck and the only way I know how to correct this issue is to console in and 'disconnect' the user.

Is opengear the goto brand? If the cost is up there, I may have to look at products and add to the budget, are there cost friendly options?
