Cisco AP Containment

I recently started monitoring an existing network that contains ~1000 Cisco 3700 APs using an 8510 running 8.5.135.0 code. I've noticed APs are getting contained and the following alarm is reported:

AP 'MY AP' is being contained. This is due to rogue device spoofing or targeting AP 'MY AP' BSSID on '802.11b/g' radio. - Device Name: MYWLC-1 - Reporting Address: MYIP

Does this alarm indicate that my controller is containing my AP? If so, does this containment result in clients of the contained AP from connecting? Also, why would this happen? I currently have 30+ APs reporting this condition.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
