Cisco 887 to act as switch

Hi all,

I have an employee that wants to use the LAN ports on the back of the cisco 887 as switch ports. Currently, if the ports are in the same VLAN it doesnt appear that clients can talk to eachother, how can I change this so all the ports just act as a switch?

What config am I missing here?
