Check which ports have LAN and VOIP enabled?

We recently setup with VOIP lines where all computers are generating IP via Avaya phones.

recently I cam across issues where some ports, it only seems to recognize IP address and no Voip IP. -Phones are saying looking for IP and does reboot?

Is there anyway for me to test to make sure each port has full connectivity? I do have test link runner, but not sure if there is anyway for me to tell?

any idea?
