This is very weird. So today for the first time I decided to try 5ghz from my router after always using 2.4ghz. When I used 5ghz and ran a speed test I was getting 100mbps.
Now my plan with the internet provider gives me 50mbps download speed, I decided to test it with 2.4ghz and I was getting 50mbps, then went to 5ghz and my mbps download speed doubled, how does that make sense?
I through 5ghz just made internet faster, not give you more mbps?
