Setting up a lab at work to practice for the CCNA, need help!

Equipment :

4 ISR 4331s

4 Switches (Idk what's available yet)

2 laptops

How should I go about setting a lab up in a beneficial way towards learning objectives for the CCNA?

Are there any free labs/exercises out there? I've done some pretty rigorous searching on Google but none of the free stuff looks very comprehensive.
