I recently took a new job and the network is very flat one router and a fiber (direct) between buildings into some dumb run switches. This means its the one DHCP server between buildings. My question is there are two ISP fiber lines one in each building I would like to add a second router into building two to create a VPN between the two sites. Reduncancy as the fiber between buildings isn't exactly Legit installed.

My issue is that in my limited VPN roll out experience the IP address pool has been different each end. And how will i handle this two routes to the same gateways ect
