question - how can I reach router WebUI whilst on VPN?

Good afternoon all,

- I have a laptop connected via Ethernet 192.168.3.2/255.255.255.0/192.168.3.2

- I am able to access 192.168.3.2 router via WebUI

- When I connect corporate VPN, I am unable to access it anymore. Ping doesn't work either.

Questions:

Why is this happening? (please help with the technical side of it)

Is there anything I can do to access the router whilst on VPN? ( I have tried to do a route add but didnt work)
