I'm honestly sweating a phone interview that I have coming up in about 11 hours. I'm wondering if any of you have some wisdom with respect to what I should put forward in a phone interview. Normally I'm pretty good in an interview. I have the gift of gab and I have pretty solid fundamentals and experience. I tend to talk too much and take control of the conversation when I get nervous.
Should I let the the three person panel drive the conversation or should I try to guide it? Are there certain things I need to be focused on in a phone interview and should I leave something in reserve for the in-person meeting?
Oh great sages of the inter webs lend me your knowledge. I need this relocation and I wouldn't mind the additional USD/HR.
