load sharing multi-homed stub?

Hi, In ISP perspective, How can we load share the incoming traffic from a single /24 network? In the instance of 1 CE has 2 bgp connection to ISPA(2 PE routers) and CE advertising a single /24.

SIMPLE TOPOLOGY:

-------------------PE1

CE ISP A

-------------------PE2

I'm thinking we can split the /24, both CE BGP session will advertised the /24 and the other session will advertised more specific which is /25 for example. In this way we can diverse the traffic into CE BGP session 1 and 2. Note: the /25 will be learned internally from ISPA and not being advertised to internet.

Another scenario is like a multi-gateway in which the return traffic from internet will depends on region/country, In the event of traffic from US will prefer CE BGP session 1 while the traffic from ASIA will preffer CE BGP session 2? or per coountry? Is this possible? Can you share your solution or tech. docs regarding this setup?

Thanks
