So, i've came across an issue where multiple of our satellite locations are having line quality issues through an MPLS. this is due to some issue within our isp and they're working on it but i was wondering what tools you all use to monitor the line quality? i'd like to know if ping times are out of control, or if it's dropping pings here and there. in my case currently ping times go from normal to 200ms, then drop one about every 5-7. i have observium running but it's not even catching any errors on these lines.
