I work in the IT and we have a job location that lose connection to our antenna every 10 minutes for about 3 seconds.
My boss said that we have to check the network cables, that maybe the 'plugs/tips' are loose.
I then stated that either they work or they don't, they don't go on and off all the time. They work or they don't.
Who's right?
