New to fiber, building a switch/router to learn

Hey guys,

I just got fiber internet installed today and it reminded me of all the fiber I had laying around which got me wanting to wire up my house meaning I would need a switch. I don't like the router they gave us and want to set up a pfsense box anyways so I figured I might as well try to replace that too.

What I have: •From the wall a bidirectional sc/acp => nokia g-010g-a => zyxel XMG3512-B10A •several hundred feet of 12 strand 62.5/125 fiber with no connectors (planning on lc/upc)

I've been looking for something that could take the sc/acp from the wall so I could try to bypass the ont but to no avail.

What should I be searching for? What advice/recommendations do you guys have?

Thanks!

Inb4 "you don't need fiber": sure, but I want it
