Network engineers: Who is your favorite manufacturer of business/enterprise routers and access points?

I'm a business major doing research on the enterprise routing space and would appreciate any first-hand insight you may have.

I'm particularly interested in Ubiquiti Networks. What are your thoughts on them as a company? How do you find their product line?
